An artistic interpretation of the world does not need to be vague. Art can be exact, precise and above all informative. Using data provided you will pick through it and decide the best way to represent the data graphically to make the maximum impact. And then make the graphics!
This workshop will take 2 hours. As useful to scientists as graphic designers and artists, this workshop investigates the relationship between the way data is represented and the way it is perceived. We discuss what makes a good graphic leap out from the page and communicate at a glance the information it contains.
